Adam has over 28 years of experience in medical education and communications. Prior to founding L&M, he held positions at a number of firms in the New York tri-state region. At L&M, Adam has built an organization around best practices in Speakers Bureau management, technology, customer service, and compliance. Adam remains closely connected with all L&M clients and maintains a continuous open-door policy towards client satisfaction and technological development.

As CMO and managing partner, Lenny guides the medical strategy for the agency’s life science clients. With more than 25 years of senior management experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare communications industry, his background includes patient care, research, clinical trials, publication planning, medical education, and brand strategy. Lenny graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is a podiatric surgeon.

His experience working closely with clients across product life cycles has made him an invaluable member of the team at L&M for over 15 years.

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Education industry. She began her career in sales and transitioned onto the agency side of the business where she was responsible for the planning and execution of a multitude of live and virtual programs/events, ranging from live speaker training meetings, advisory boards, focus groups and bio-skills labs. Tracy currently manages the internal teams responsible for the planning and execution of Speakers Bureau programs. Through utilizing strategic planning skills and leading cross-functional teams, Tracy has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding client standards.
